"5 star service from the minute we arrived. London hotels can suffer with impersonal and indifferent service. This hotel is completely the opposite. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast very good indeed. Lovely airy breakfast room with a terrace outside. No basement room in sweaty heat here!
The evening restaurant has wonderful service, well priced wine by the glass as well as bottle. Extensive drinks list. Good food and works perfectly if you get back late from Wimbledon as they serve late....

"This is a decent hotel for what it is, as long as you you set your expectations accordingly. Booked this place because the brand names adjacent to Hammersmith station were all booked up. This place is fine in a pinch. Some rooms don't have elevator access. Location is quite convenient, and within walking distance to Hammersmith Station, and adjacent shopping and dining."

"Excellent hotel. Very calm and relaxing. The hotel is on a quiet street yet busy neighbourhood with everything you need just around the corner. The hotel was immaculate. The staff were quick to respond. The garden was a wonderful relaxing area and very peaceful. What an added bonus. Having LeLabo shampoo, body lotion, etc left me feeling and smelling clean and fresh in the scorching heat that week in London. I will book my stay there again and I will also check out the other locations."
