"The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and I love that they offer a yummy breakfast and a light dinner."

"There were only two things wrong. A trash can in the room had not been emptied when we checked in, and it contained a banana peel, so there were gnats. Additionally, the container for the shower soap had a broken spout, so instead of being able to squirt the soap onto my hand, it ran down the side of the bottle. Otherwise, the facility and the staff were very nice."

"It was a grwat stay, the only thing is we wished the air conditioner worked. It got way to hot in the room for us to sleep. But we also understand it is under new management and they are working on fixing everything. We will for sure be staying there again. "

"The staff were very kind throughout my short stay. The rooms were clean. The waffle maker has both strawberry and vanilla flavors which is very nice! There’s also a few restaurant options if you miss breakfast (6a-10a). Exiting the hotel is a bit tricky, but the people of Bay City are very sweet. 10/10 "

"Location was in good area and near to venues we were attending. Property was clean and mostly well maintained. Our room, though, had a slightly musty smell that would probably be resolved with a good airing out. Also the bathroom could use a bit of a facelift as the tub was worn and slightly rusted giving a false appearance of being dirty when it was just worn. The ceiling also showed indications that the textured surface was beginning to peel. The breakfast was well maintained with a decent...
