"The elevator was broken and the central air was down. This was not communicated to us before we arrived so we could not make other accommodations. They did have a window AC. "It’s a typical inn—nothing more, nothing less. To be honest, I haven’t stayed at an inn in quite a while, so maybe this is standard now. There is no daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it. Even after we did, I’m 100% sure the bed sheets were never changed. The shower water pressure is extremely low, although the water does get nice and hot. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. "Felt tricked being on second floor with elevator only to find there was a huge staircase to climb after we arrived on second floor with all our suitcases. No mention when room was given. Our four bags weighed a ton and no ramp to roll them so we had to carry up one at a time. Ridiculous."
