"The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very tired and needs some changing and upgrades and the bathroom was not clean with ingrained grubbiness. At breakfast, there was a coffee machine with no facilities for decaffeinated coffee. Just sachets of decaffeinated. Otherwise breakfast was good."

"I liked our room it was large had every facility you could need available in it, the bathroom had a bath and shower and was so clean it glistned as was the main room. The meal at our function was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pub attacked next to the hotel was lovely We sat. "Staff were amazing, room was great and overall stay was good. Only downfall i had was the room was way to hot. The little fan provided was just blowing hot air around. Air conditioning would be a good investment especially during summer. I would have booked another night but the room temperature has put me off booking again."

"First time stayed here, and could not fault a thing. (One or two little.niggles but nothing to complain about). Staff were helpful and all very friendly. Room was (as requested) a twin accessible room as mum.needs one these days.- and quiet. Meals were either in restaurant or bar area.Plenty of parking too, including disabled.bays. Overall, would stay here again if in Peterborough."
