"The staff were amazing! Always super friendly and kept smiling at us! The hotel was pretty clean, and many good restaurants at the hotel which was included! The beach, pool area and the whole hotel area were clean! The staff who checked us in was named Jonathan and he was so sweet and gave us good recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel and we’ll be back with no doubt! Had a fantastic vacation at Riu palace Pacifico! Btw, the RIU party is super fun don’t miss it out!"

"Why too many weddings with loud music till 10:30 most evenings. Many of the restaurants were closed. On some evenings only 2 of 5 were open. They no longer cook lunches outside. That used to add variety to the food. Also the no longer cook outside for the morning buffet with selections of coffees. Before Hyatt they always had a greater variety of restaurants open. Now it is not so special."

"Fun pools. My kids loved the little pool with the slide. The rooms are big but a little outdated. Staff was overall good. The main issue is the food. It is terrible and we ate out sometimes to avoid the food. No poolside snacks which is hard with little kids/ it’s nice to sit on your lounge chair and be able to order food. The pool drinks were good and the bartenders were really nice. We had a nice time but the food is a major issue."

"The room was nice and clean. The food was okay but tough to eat at times. There was no mini bar even though we did all inclusive. The pools were rather small and crowded. The ongoing construction of the building next door was a not so welcome way to wake up. There were long lines at the bar as they only had one bartender. It was not easy to get a drink. We didn't end up using much of the all inclusive part."
