"Great location and beautiful views over the ocean. You can walk right outside and go swimming in the ocean, rent a kayak/paddleboard, or just walk along the coastline. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and full of fresh, locally sourced fruits, veggies, eggs, and meats. Also fresh squeezed juice! The restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. "Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. "Simple, but nice, clean, modern style. Well located for a lower cost visit to Furnas. Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. "

"A great location with easy access to the entire island, and nice to be away from the crowds. If you prefer to be closer to locals than tourists when you travel then this is a great location. The home was welcoming, and great for our family with kids (9/11/13). The retracting balcony doors with ocean views were amazing. Initially the parking was difficult but after a day we figured out where a few of the hidden little lots were if we could not get close street parking, never more than a few...
