"My husband and I had the most wonderful stay here. It is the most interesting and beautiful place in Phu Quoc in our opinion. Very peaceful, tropical, natural and unique. The staff, especially Mr Kyle were so friendly and generous. The place is quiet, laid back. Not a busy huge property so felt secluded and tranquil. Lovely breakfast and architecture. Wonderful pool. "The resort itself looks clean and pleasant. Staff are friendly and keen to help guests. We booked a garden bungalow for 10 nights. Upon checking in, we turned on the air conditioning, however it didn't seem to have any effect on cooling the room after a few hours, which did not bode well for a 10 night stay. This may not be a deal- breaker for everyone, but the receiption staff advised that there are no televisions in any rooms in the entire resort. We usually relax with a movie of a night as...

"We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Grand. The hotel is Grand in a true sense. Casino is in the hotel, it is right on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool. Good option for vegetarian during morning breakfast. Close to Vinwonders Safari Grand world. A bit for from the airport but hotel provides free shuttle which we didnt know. But we were provided free shuttle for the drop off. Very Friendly staff. A perfect family holiday hotel!!"

"Our experience overall was a poor one! For a property rated 5 star, they are fooling people, it should be rated 2 or at max 3 stars, just based on the sheer size of it. To begin with, we were a large group of 13 people (8 adults and 5 kids). Our kids were of various ages, the youngest being 2.5 year olds. We arrived at 1pm at the property only to know that villas have not been allotted yet and those allotted were far off. Then our friends paid for an upgrade, for which they took the payment...

"Great little stretch of beach with bar. Reasonable (not large) size pool for those who dont like sand. Only short walk to resturants both sides of the property. Rooms were good size and very comfortable. Nice to watch sunset from balcony. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a good breakfast."
