"We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress."

"Everything seemed fresh and recent. The pool, patio and gym were all in good shape and we used them well! We had a wedding to attend and had a small wardrobe malfunction. The young ladies at the front desk, Jaye & Honey, found us some safety pins! Lifesavers,both of them. They were also pleasant, funny and very professional in their interactions with guests. We'll stay here again on our next visit."

"Very clean. Lobby and rooms smelled good. Had a nice fire pit we enjoyed for a few hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"There was a hole in the bathroom door, the microwave didn’t work and the tv color was off but the room was surprisingly quiet, staff was nice and the hotel was in a good location even if the hotel itself looked a bit dumpy"

"The lady at checkin was most helpful. The room rate increased every night which was unexpected and disappointing. The lady at checkin blamed Expedia for this. The room was less than. There was a noticeable odor as I entered the room. The furniture was missing drawers and when I reported this, the response was placing drawers that did not fit the furniture. I'm not sure which was worse! The clientele (construction workers) were noisy every night! One outside doors did not open with the access...

"Don’t book through a 3rd party they will treat you like crap and tell you they can’t help you with anything and say oh we overbooked and ignore you"

"The bar was great. The breakfast was pretty good. Just feel like, for the price of the rooms. It can be better. Really nice set up! But powdered eggs, sausage and biscuit? We can probably add just a little more options for hot breakfast. But other than that, besides the gravy being cold, the hotel over all was fantastic. "
