The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. "Fantastic hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. Bedrooms was spotless everyday by the cleaners,restaurant & bar was fantastic. Write in the heart of Rodney Bay, everything was close walking distance to all the immunties, which was fab.
