"This property is about 18 minutes walking from Plaza de Armas. It is very clean and the room is cleaned with fresh towels daily. I had to get up several times at 3:30 am for various activities and they would always have a snack bag ready for me to take for the day. The breakfast is also very nice with eggs, fruit and bread. Uber is very cheap in the area and can take you anywhere from here. The staff is very attentive.I would definitely stay again! Be prepared for the altitude in Cusco though....

"Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room...

"The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us."

"We had room 209. I believe the reason this room smelled so bad was because the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub that did not fit the space and could not be cleaned properly. Stagnant water and mold was collecting in unseen areas. Also, loud. The breakfast was stale. The entry was very nicely done making the hotel seem like it was much nicer that it really was. "

"Set up ride to hotel was easy thru hotel. They had nice hot water showers. Takes over a minute to get the hot water but it worked.
Breakfast was good. Simple. Not far from centro and all the things you want to see in centro cusco. I would stay there again. "

"The hotel is a historic hotel, yes it is old but it is charming, clean and offers a a basic breakfast (yogurts, cereals, fruit, breads, ham,cheese, jams and the lovely women will make eggs however you like.
