"Clean, nice for one night stay."

"Quiet area near the water . Noemie at front desk understands customer service and was 5 stars with her service helping with all information even on scenery to see in the area and even a car repair place . Note , I slept over on Sunday . Highly recommend."

"This is clean and adequate for a short stay. Front desk Staff were not particularly friendly. Bed was not comfortable, it seemed to sag. No bathroom amenities. Basic hotel close to airport. Breakfast was ok but missing simple thing like cinnamon for oatmeal, which was way too watery. No cut fresh fruit, but bananas and apples. Lobby coffee luke warm and only vanilla creamer. Probably would try a different hotel next time"

"The Hilton is a great hotel, but my experience with the staff disappointing, especially for a Hilton. There were several issues that came up and there was no consistency. I was unaware there were renovations going on at the hotel, maybe it was posted somewhere but I missed it. I only noticed renovations when I got up to my room on the 4th floor. About 8am in the morning I heard continuous, repeated banging on what sound like was in the room next to mine. I sounded. like someone was...

"This is a new hotel so I would expect it to be in excellent condition, which it was. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Had a room on the ground floor near the front desk, which was very convenient, but sometimes a little noisy, but it never interrupted our sleep. Beds were excellent. The one negative would be the Wi-Fi - although it’s free it requires registration to give all of your data, including your grandchildren’s eating habits (kidding, but almost)."

"This was our second stay. It's close to all amenities, we enjoy parking at the door and the rooms are very clean. The complimentary breakfast and coffee options are exceptional, and the staff are bilingual and very professional. The property is very well maintained and clean. Overall it was an exceptional experience and the cost is reasonable."

"We were surprised at how large the room was (since it was "home" for 9 nights). Pleased to have a kitchen with not only the usual microwave but with a two-burner cooktop, a small dishwasher and a FULL size fridge/freezer. Only the "tea bag" style coffee maker fell short, but coffee is available on the lobby and we travel with a small Nespresso. The bed was comfy, the pillow cases felt silky and the room temp was really regulated. Although close to the airport, the only noise was from overly...

"The hotel is well situated at walking distance from all services and near I-417, just 10 minutes from ottawa. The room was very neat and clean, the pillows and bed were comfortable. The continental breakfast had warm meals and abundance of snacks. The room had a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of different flavours and water bottles were also included. The hotel was very tidy inside and outside and the doors well secured. I will return anytime"
