You can tell this property has to maintain a higher standard because of the Carlsbad area and location near the coast. "The room we stayed in on the second floor as soon as we walked in there were pieces missing of the laminate on the floor on the counters. The room smelled really bad and so did the hallway as if it were like a wet dog. It was really bad.
