"The property has an excellent view of the city and surrounding area, and the drive up to the hotel is spectacular. The lobby, pool, restaurant and other amenities are also flawless in design and cleanliness. The cleanliness of the rooms however was lacking, bugs everywhere on the floors and the carpet they choose in many areas is an eyesore to look at. This was our biggest gripe with the property, everything was a 5 Star level including the friendliness of staff and helpfulness of the valet,...
