"Awsome Property"

"The main pool was the focus of this property, and they did a wonderful job with the layout, the 2 slides, and the poolside service was especially good. The staff kept checking up on everyone's needs and while the prices are not cheap, the food and drinks were excellent for poolside. The studio room was good sized and had an ample balcony. Unfortunately the screen was completely missing and we were not able to pull in the evening breeze. Service and hospitality are strong points here, however...

"Pros: -the room was clean -no noise from the road next to the hotel -adequate air conditioning -free continental breakfast (nothing fancy, but good to have in a pinch) -mattress and sheets were comfortable Cons: -the shower head in the bathroom was old and didn't work properly, we never could get the right water pressure -the walls are thin, we could hear the people in the room next to us -we called the front desk and multiple times from our room and they did not answer -pillows were...

"I’ve stayed before on business trips, but this time was overnight with my wife during a holiday. Usually, the rooms are top notch, but this time we encountered a urine type smell coming from bedroom carpet. The front desk person was extremely helpful in cleaning up. She cleaned it personally. Unfortunately, the smell still lingered later. We informed the morning staff, when we checked out. Most likely a one time occurrence."

"The staff was always available and tentative. They were so kind and literally just simply happy and in a good mood like they enjoyed being there! It was such an oasis from normal life and there was always something to do. Our room was absolutely beautiful and they took such good care of us while we were there. We had coffee on our balcony every morning and listened to the chill music playing by the pool before it opened and the fun upbeat music poolside later where we also got delicious drinks....

"Location is great for our purpose. The property is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The property badly needs a renovation. Carpets on hallways are frayed. Some tiles in our bathroom are cracked and show water damage."

"I came over memorial weekend and could not find a room anywhere, I was just passing through and very tired, another hotel suggests this hotel they had 5 rooms available.
