"Beautiful Resort. Enjoyed our stay with my family. Restaurants were great and Arcade Room was fun. My granddaughter had a great time in the pool and the water slides. She made many friends and they all had a blast. We’ll be coming back soon. "

"The hotel is dated. The carpet in some areas were torn. Check I’m staff were awesome. However the breakfast food staff were not as friendly or helpful. I tried to buy a coffee and ai was told they weren’t sure if I could have coffee if I didn’t buy the buffet. "

Our Room was great in everyway, but there was an Event Planner (maybe Chinese New Year)working next door everyday including Sunday and we had Office noise and Interviews heard through the joining Suite Door. Nights after 6:00 p.m. were okay but this morning they woke us up with conversations at 7:00 a.m.. I knocked on the door and asked if they could please be quiet and they did try to be quiet after that but the damage had been done. At over $1100 per...

"Reserved a room for 3 adults. On arrival, double bed was made, but no accommodation for the sofa bed. No sheets, no blankets, no pillows. Took some time for these items to arrive. Some items were forgotten and we had to request them again. I didn't expect to need to pull out the sofa bed, in addition to making it up. Wasn't great service!"
