"We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.

"Check in was simple with front desk/security staff (open 24 hours). WiFi was easy to connect, but on our final day, it would not connect to the TV no matter how many times we tried. The room was as depicted online, however, the comforter had a huge stain and there was only 3 full-sized towels. The washer was easy to use, but the dryer kept stopping even if the clothes were still wet. I had to start it over and over until the clothes were dry. "The bed was really comfortable, I'm normally picky about hotel pillows but these were nice and not totally flat. Room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (although I didn't need to use it)

"Lovely, comfortable and clean apartment that needs some touch ups and some minot adjustments for usability. Good walking distance to popular spots. Bright, spacious. Traffic can be heard but wasn't a huge issue, more of a constant hum. "
