"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"Property a little tired but very clean and staff are very nice. Rooms functional we were upgraded to a beautiful view, only complaint the hearing was in a timer and the room was very cold. They gave us an electric heater which took the chill off. "

"Beautiful old property but faded grandeur meant it needs a bit of TLC. Our room and bathroom including sheets and towels were very clean but the carpet was stained the radiator was caked in debris and the cupboard needed a clean. The bathroom looked recently updated and was nice. Amazing views from the rear of the hotel. Good parking and convenient for Bradford on Avon and a short journey to Longlete."

"There was a nice welcome as we arrived. We had booked dinner for a later time but was able to be seated early. The food was very good with a good choice in the menu. The room was large and had all the required facilities. "

"We arrived a little early, but found a parking space at the property, went in and introduced ourselves. We had booked a twin room, but we're given a free upgrade to a lovely, and spacious room with a four poster and excellent views of the city. Our room wasn't ready but we were given a key and told we could park up and take the fifteen minute walk into town. Our room was ready on our return, and a lovely room it was. Well furnished, comfortable bed and a very nice en-suite. After another walk...

"The staff was lovely, very helpful. It’s in the center of everything that easy to walk to on the train. However, because it’s in center of everything, it can be noisy at night. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room off the street if possible."

"I did not stay there and was unable to change or cancel reservation. I had no luck getting ahold of Expedia, the property staff were kind but could not help me change the date without Expedia?!? I lost all the money and tried am very frustrated! I use Expedia a lot and this was a terrible experience! I hope Expedia reaches out to me to correct this Sure the property was lovely but Expedia really dropped the ball and I paid the price for nothing : ( "
