"A nice hotel with clean rooms, easy check-in and check-out, with free parking for hotel guests in a car park connected to the hotel for easy access. The staff was friendly but did have a standoff-ish vibe that make it uncomfortable when I was asking for recommendations as they only seemed to have pushed their hotel's restaurant when asking for local pubs nearby. "Breakfast options/quality was possibly the best I've ever had at a hotel for 13 Euro (June 2026). Rooms (I was in a single bed alone) were very small which I don't care about as I was out all day, but just be aware. The only part of that which was an issue was the toilet was too close to the wall which was a little hard to use as a tall person. I would still stay there again no hesitation despite that, great location."

"4 stars. The hotel was nice enough, and staff was nice. The bed was hard as a rock, extremely uncomfortable, and the power strip that’s built into the desk blew up and quit working within 2 minutes of me using their blow dryer. Staff was at my door with a new blow dryer within 10 minutes which was nice!"

"I arrived early but was able to check in as my room was ready. The young lady on reception was excellent and showed me where I could park my motorcycle. The hotel uses a barrier and ticket system you have to pay €10 for parking overnight. Room was great although the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. I ate at the hotel in the evening, food and staff was as expected and as with other places in Ireland I had a blackcurrant squash for free. "
