From the seamless airport pick-up to Housekeeping, Reception (both check-in and check-out), breakfast at Senses, afternoon coffee and tea at the Bar & Lounge, relaxing time at the Missoni Resort Club, dining at Bejana and The Beach Grill, and rejuvenating visits to the Spa & Gym—every team member was exceptional. The buggy drivers and even staff we passed during our walks around the resort greeted us with such kindness and warmth. While we may not remember every name, we will never forget their gracious approach, friendly faces, and impeccable service.
The facilities were outstanding, and our goal to completely unwind and relax for the week was perfectly fulfilled. Our Sawangan Suite with lagoon access made the experience even more special—having the freedom to step straight into the lagoon anytime we felt like lounging or taking a refreshing dip was pure bliss.
