"On the website it shows every room with the same bathroom which is an accessible walk-in shower. However the room we were given had a tub shower which did not work for my disability. "The first day of check-in i received a couple of welcoming text messages. The next day or so we needed clean towels and housekeeping in the room; Although, housekeeping never entered the room the entire time we were there and was told the towels would be waiting for us at the front desk when we get back. The last night we stayed,we asked fir an extra pillow at the front desk and was told he'll see what he could do. Never received it!"

"Coffee machine has been out since 10/25 and is still out. Our floors were filthy and the microwave was dirty. I washed the floor and cleaned the microwave myself, but it makes me wonder about getting clean sheets and etc..."

"We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay."
