"Nice room comfortable bed! Upstairs guests were noisy at 3 am but was able to get back to sleep. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast this whole trip!"

"Only stayed a couple of nights and it was very clean. We used the pool and ate breakfast and both were great! Would stay here again. It felt pretty new."

"Room smelt musty or old cigarette odor. Dry mirror above sink was like looking into a mirror full of steam. Roll of toilet paper was almost done and no spare. Remote control only turned tv off and on and adjusted volume. Couldn’t search or change channels. Shower head brutal. Ice machine worked."

"Our room was large, clean, excellent kitchenette space. Close to a full-size refrigerator. Great bed and pillows. Power operated blinds. The entire hotel was wonderful!!! Right off the freeway so easy to get to."

"Overall it was just okay. The room itself has everything we needed but we had some issues. The A/C unit was loud and the fridge was making a high pitched sound. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet. The indoor pool was probably the most disappointing thing. The water was really cold and cloudy. The breakfast was decent and the staff were attentive and there was no issues getting what we needed. A solid 3 star stay."

"My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"It is a great Hyatt hotel and our accessible room was wonderfully large and spacious with a separate living area from the bedroom. The bathroom was particularly helpful with my handicap. The only negative comment that I have is that when we return to our room the first night none of the towels had been replaced nor had the bed been made. We didn’t have enough and towels and wash rags to take it through the night. When we inquired at the front desk, the young woman was very sweet and told us that...
