"Wonderful vacation resort"

"The rooms were very nice but the bed was a bit hard for us. Half the elevators were not working so there was always a long wait with a crowded elevator and we were on the 27th floor. The restaurants were average but very expensive with not so great service. We had to change rooms due to the A/C not working but they gladly moved us. "The rooms itself were cool. However, they should be for younger folk. The 2nd bed had STEEP stairs to get up to the loft. 2 of my family members are physically unable to climb vertical stairs, so I ended up going up. Scary to get down! Need to have a way that the steps are able to pull out. Because of the 4th of July affected their supplies of food, they hardly had anything to eat. It also wasn't ready at 4pm. It was 5:30 before they got done cleaning. Trash wasn't emptied from prior guest...

"We had a lovely stay at the Club Hotel. Staff was very nice and even helped us carry our bags up the stairs. The shower and all the room amenities were first class. They have in room pour over coffee! A treat. There was a wonderful bar of soap that if I knew who made it I would buy more. Overall very happy with the property and staff. Quick walk to shops, bars and restaurants."

"We were very happy with our stay here. The room looked brand new and was probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in that wasn't $300/night. I really appreciated the easy river access and the refrigerator w/ a little freezer. Beds were clean, the room did not ever feel humid and uncomfortable. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be a grill - there was not a grill available for use."

"The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter."
