"The resort's design is truly impressive, offering easy access to all facilities regardless of room location. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the reception team who provided a complimentary upgrade to a pool-view room. The resort is clean and well-managed, with nicely decorated rooms and a beautiful sandy beach featuring lovely corals. The food quality and variety were amazing.The evening entirtenmaint & animation team were nice. The kids club has nice playground and engaging activities. "

"One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!"

"Best Vacation Ever – With One Exception I had an amazing vacation overall! The location was perfect, with the beach and swimming pool both being excellent. Food and beverages were easily accessible and very satisfying. The duration of the trip was just right for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the one downside was the reception. Most of the staff there were unprofessional and not helpful, which was disappointing. The big exception was Mr. Kirllos — he truly stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful and made a real difference in our experience. Thanks to him, our stay was much better than it could have been. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the rest of the reception team."
