"The reception staff’s attitude was not good at all. They were not helpful, and even if you have a reservation, you have to wait for a long time. They don’t answer you or even pay attention to you. The whole process is very unorganized. They don’t explain the hotel’s program or activities, and the swimming pool closes very early."

"Most of the property includes the staff is bad , they don’t have any ideas about the rules!!!
The bar guy is under 17 years old !
They took a money for drinks when the reservation is all inclusive!
Poor beach with cats on it and many dogs around
Of course my son housekeeping or room service
Front desk doesn’t respond well,
To much to tell how it was bad to choose the moon beach resort I did recommend to don’t keep this place in your choice ever
My reservation was for 7 nights but I did...

"We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay."
