"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

"Location is best. Just outside Dongdam Station and very safe. The hotel itself is super clean. I didn’t expect it for such a small hotel. The staffs are friendly. I would book here again if I am coming back in Beijing"
