"the room was spotlessly clean the guy(staff)on the desk was very helpful in telling us were to park as theres no carpark attached to the hotel .we had tp pay for parking on a carpark over the road .the location is spot on as its practically on sea front and on main row of bars and shops .the bed was really comfy and peaceful no noise at all .enjoyed our stay "

They communicated very promptly over messages and calls, and gave us clear information about parking, amenities, and check-in/check-out which made everything stress-free from the start. "Furniture and fittings very antiquated. Bedding very old and worn, bed linen did not look clean and fresh. Bathroom shower looks as if mould growing around base, not hot water to the basin, towels very worn and ruff. Breakfast very poor, left on landing to help yourself, cereal and fruit only not worth the payment charged. Parking not easy and very limited particularly for the larger car. Expedia stated only one room left that clearly was not the situation. Definitely not value for money."
