I asked for an explanation as to why she couldn’t answer the call to simply let me know they’re busy or short staffed anything would have been acceptable besides deliberately hanging up. "Parking is funky, you park in a garage next to the hotel, handicap parking is NOT near the elevator to the hotel. NO microwaves in rooms and ice machines are only on even numbered floors. Wasn't told you have to "flash" your room key for elevator to work."

"Great walkable location for Sacramento. It's near many restaurants, bars, entertainment. The farmers market that occurs on Saturday's a couple times a month. We were able to walk everywhere from this location. Many parks within walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was superb, friendly and helpful.
