"The pool was out of order the entire duration of our stay, and we were not informed before booking, before arrival or upon check in which was highly disappointing. I booked through a 3rd party app (Expedia) and was unable to choose that I was bringing my ESA and service animal...well they werent sure if they could accommodate as rooms were filling up due to 4th of July weekend.
