"This was a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Even though we only there for one night at the end of trip, it was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. "Nice place, but I didn’t connect with the neighborhood or any other surrounding area until the last night. There are local grocery and restaurant options, but not a fit for me. The last night I visited Bar Alimentar around the corner and LOVED it. Wish I had tried it earlier."

The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement."

"Rude staff. We stopped in the bar after a long day of travel and ordered 2 drinks to take to our room. We had purchased pastries to take to our room. We were waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks in an empty bar. We started tasting the pastries and the bartender came over and refused to serve us because he said we were “not allowed to eat in the bar”.. we had 2 croissants. Still in the box. "Boutique Chiado is perfect! Would definitely stay again. Great area of Lisbon. Rooms are clean and well appointed with kitchenette and all the basics for light food prep. Walking distance to major grocery store to purchase conveniences for your stay. Note -lobby is unattended for the most part with code key access. Minor issue with horrible room smell after cleaning. Perhaps some chemical in the cleaner that is used. "

"Good hotel but only about 10 other people staying in hotel so not a lot of atmosphere. Empty. Maid service forgot towels etc which wasn’t great for £1000 a night. Wouldn’t return to hotel when coming back to Lisbon. Was t worth £1000 a night. "
