"The room was average and the front desk staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the location isn’t the best since it’s right next to a busy freeway intersection. The view from my window was of some makeshift shelters and, so I kept the drapes closed . There was also a $5.00 parking fee that wasn’t mentioned on the website when I booked, which was disappointing."

"The guy at the front desk spent around a half hour with different remote controls trying to get the TV to work. At 6 AM some homeless person banged on my room saying he needed help. GPS takes you to the other side of the cyclone fence from the hotel instead of telling you to continue straight, turn left, make a U-turn, and pull into the hotel."

"This was the worst hotel I have stayed in! The room was not comfortable and dirty. There was all types of repairs that needed to be done. The staff refused to give us extra towels. You
Are only allowed one towel per person ( no hand or face towels) and 1 small soap for the group. No microwave. Just a blanket on the bed I slept in my clothes and a jacket cause the heater didn’t work. Horrible experience!"

"I had a pleasant stay at the Convention Center Inn & Suites while in town for a San Jose Sharks vs Montreal Canadiens game! The location is unbeatable for hockey fans, as it’s a quick and easy trip over to the SAP Center. (<30 min walk). The room was exceptionally clean and spacious providing a quiet and comfortable retreat after the excitement of the arena. The on-site parking was free, which felt safe and took all the stress out of navigating downtown traffic."
