We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor. "Everything perfect"

"The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch. Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day. The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man. The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic. Property...
