"Rarely have I said this, but this beautiful property is a 10 out of 10!!! From the moment we walked in the door, we were so impressed with everything about this charming place! The staff is beyond helpful and kind, the property’s location in Notting Hill is fantastic, and every detail in the room was perfection! "La ubicación es excepcional, el personal es muy amable y profesional,estamos muy agradecidos porque nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Lo unico no tan bueno es el estado de las habitaciones, se las ve bastante viejas y les falta actualización. Cortinas viejas, cuarto de baño muy viejo, moqueta en el suelo muy antigua. Si embargo lo recomendaremos por el fantástico personal, por su trato agradable tan o en el checkin como en los desayunos. La limpieza de habitación estaba muy bien realizada....

"Smart clean single room. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Lovely cooked breakfast. Plenty of choice including full English, kippers, cereals, fruit etc. Plenty of free parking places on the premises. "

"We stayed two nights at the Clerk & Wells. The staff was so helpful when we needed to have our luggage held and when we asked for local food recommendations. The room was adorable, nicely appointed and very quiet. "

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"Plenty of parking ( large car park round the back). Staff very helpful , bar and bear good, room good size, clean ,but carpet and decoration a little tired. Also fire doors in the corridors slammed. Also fan in bathroom did not work,reported to hotel."
