My hotel room smelled like an ashtray. The man at the front desk did not seem to care when I walked all the way back down and he was not very helpful. He told me “the best I can do is change you to another room, but I can’t guarantee that room will not also smell like cigarettes too.” Poor service ...

Nugget Casino Resort
The staff were great in every way. Why are there no microwave ovens in the rooms? I read there was a common area in the hotel where there was a microwave. That is no longer true.
