"Pet friendly and a genuinely nice place to stay. Close walk to casinos and other amenities. Nice bar with some food offerings onsite with a great outdoor patio. Only negative was location is in a loud and busy part of town. I guess that's why they provide guests with ear plugs, lol...."

"It’s a lot of walking for someone who uses a cane trying to locate an elevator to get to other parts of the casinos, restaurants etc"

"There was no parking so we had to park a couple of blocks away. We were not even able to drive up to the hotel entrance to unload our luggage. We were given a pass to the lounge at check-in, but it was open only until 7 pm (around the time we arrived). In the morning, the only options were coffee and tea. The actual hotel was nice and we appreciated the fact that it was non-smoking and did not have a casino! Fortunately there were a few nearby restaurants not attached to casinos."

"Clean and good sized rooms. Bed / pillows comfortable and room has all the amenities to be expected. Pocket door to bathroom that doesn’t really shut nor block out light. Air conditioner is noisy and parking is pricey ($20+ a night), although convenient. Located right on the river with easy access to the river walk."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The lobby seemed fine and check-in was uneventful, but as soon as the elevator doors opened on the third floor, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of animal urine. The odor was so strong that both my son and I gagged. The hallways were stained and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, our room was even worse. The smell inside was unbearable and made our eyes water. We were traveling with two service dogs and felt uncomfortable letting...

"It’s pretty much certified as a drug den, people everywhere on something. Upon checking in, the two ladies were so rude to me. The second I turned around to leave there were 5 cop cars in the parking lot trying to deal with some addicts freaking out. I got in my car immediately. I slept in my car because that was just way too much OH AND THIS WAS IN A SPAN OF 15 MINUTES"

"The apartment was nice, modern, and very clean, with new appliances and a comfortable bed. Overall, it felt well-maintained and offered good value for the location. However, there were a few issues during my stay. Some of the light switches were confusing and didn’t always work properly sometimes only certain combinations would turn lights on or off. The unit is downstairs, and noise from the upstairs neighbor (who was quite loud at times) made it difficult to sleep in or rest comfortably....

"The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay."

"The pool at the hotel was not working. But they partnered with the Apartments next to it and although it wasn’t as convenient it was nice and the staff at both properties were helpful. Great location for food."
