"This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! We arrived at 7:00 a.m. after a long overnight flight and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They immediately escorted us to a comfortable waiting area with coffee and refreshments while they stored our luggage. We spent the morning exploring Rome, and when we returned around noon, our upgraded room was already ready for us. We also received complimentary drinks on the rooftop bar, and all of the beverages in the mini fridge were complimentary too....

"We enjoyed the location as it is close to train station and walkable to many important sights.
The air conditioning in the room was excellent.
The shower/tub was not as nice as other IQ Hotels we have visited, but still usable.
The rooftop jacuzzi was excellent.
The availability of laundry was excellent. Due to heat in Rome everything gets sweaty!
There is a rooftop restaurant that is absolutely a must do.
The morning breakfast is great.
We took a cooking class next door and it was a highlight...

"Nice hotel, great location! The Colosseum is only a 1:2 mile walk from the hotel. You can also easily find many restaurants, gelato and a store to buy water etc.
The hotel has a nice rooftop bar that has good vibes and nice music. We tried it twice, slow service but everyone was nice.
Good buffet breakfast options.
Our AC was not working the first night which was not fun but staff provided a big fan which we greatly and they did fix it for night two. The offered us vouchers for upstairs rooftop...

"We found this hotel to be excellent. It was close to Metro stations and also Rome's Main Train Station, which made getting around very easy. The staff at the check-in desk were fabulous; both Eve and Ana Maria were helpful in every way. They even arranged for a private van to take us to the airport when our trip was over. "Very well-located hotel in the Monti neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants and cafés and just a short walk from the Colosseum. It is within walking distance of Roma Termini train station or only a 5-minute taxi ride away. Chiara was incredibly helpful and provided great tips on navigating the city. The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during the heat wave we experienced. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Rome."
