"The staff went above and beyond to help us arrange tours and guides. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a good kitchen. The property is gorgeous! Just like having a wildlife reserve just outside your door, including good hiking trails to the upper part of the property."

"This is a cozy establishment with a lot of characters. My room is very clean and roomy. A beautiful and quiet flowered ground right at my doorstep provides relaxation (with a glass of wine) at the end of busy days. A very cute residential baby goat kept me company sometimes. "Breakfast was wonderful. Great location. Amenities and room were all top notch. Also have a very reasonably priced same day laundry service that was a great perk for halfway through our trip. The lower rooms are a little noisy with street noise overnight if you sleep with the window open, but hotel provides earplugs. Overall a lovely stay. "

"Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather."

"Le personnel était super, la bulle était très accueillante, moderne et propre. Le seul hic est l'étanchéité de la bulle. Quelques visiteurs non désirés se sont introduits dans la bulle (araignées et bestioles). Il faut s'y attendre en étant dans la forêt. La vue est cependant magnifique, l'accueil et le service sont très bons et la qualité des installations est très bonne."

"Pour ce court passage à Monteverde, nous avons choisi une chambre privée qui était très propre, avec une salle de bain complète et privée et un lit vraiment très confortable! L'accueil à été génial. L'ambiance est plutôt calme et axé sur de belles habitudes de vie saine. Le café/ restaurant adjacent est vraiment délicieux!! Une fois stationné, tout est accessible à pied. Notez que la ville de santa- Elena est en montagne. "
