"We recently stayed at this resort with our young son. While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, several things were disappointing compared to other resorts.
Before arrival, I emailed and called multiple times requesting early check-in and a room near our friends. No one responded for over a week. Although they eventually accommodated the room location, we still waited until 4:00 PM to check in. The wait was understandable—the lack of communication was not.
Guest services were also limited....
