"La propiedad está muy limpia a pesar de que es un edificio más antiguo pero es muy linda y muy tranquila muy buen hotel para familias, el entretenimiento solo estaba en un alberca y necesita a los camastros alrededor de la alberca solo lo tienen para el área de privilage"

"Es mi cuarta vez en punta cana y de de los hoteles que he visitado este sin duda ha sido el mejor en limpieza del hotel habitaciones y áreas comunes, pero lo que le da el plus total son sus trabajadores principalmente los del área del bufet en especial Domingo y Genaro estos chicos son excelentes gracias por hacer nuestro viaje algo familiar se siente como en casa en fin para mí toda persona que quiera experimentar un ambiente familiar debe visitar Serenade Punta Cana Spat and resort 100% recommend gracias"
