"Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". "This is a beautiful resort. Our room smelled weird on arrival but everything else about the room was nice, view etc.
The staff is all incredibly kind and were great with my teen sons, throwing a baseball and playing volleyball.
On our next visit we would definitely upgrade to a preferred room as there are more food choices at that level. I don't love buffets and that is the main food choice available for breakfast and lunch. There is a great coffee shop though that sells sandwiches and...
