"let’s start off with the good. the good thing is this place has a nice gym and the pools aren’t bad. now let’s get to the bad, the bad is the workers are miserable and won’t give you the time of day unless you tip upfront with 10-20 dollars, the food is awful everything was lukewarm and slapped onto a plate, there were barely any activities scheduled, there were little ants crawling in my room, the mini fridge was leaking fluid. overall horrible resort and stay, i don’t know why this was rated...

The EXCELLENCE CLUB @ FINEST ADULT ONLY SEPARATE “SECTION” (has rooms, some restaurants, pool & beach) area within a KID-friendly FINEST FAMILY PROPERTY.
