"Beach view was amazing , staff was friendly , food options were only great in the buffet and steak house , Asian too. As for the Mexican place I got served only onions as a vegetarian dish.. it was 9:30 and they had no more seating apparently. I wish there was a place with authentic Dominican food in the hotel. That’s the only complaint I have. "

"The pool was great, the AC not so good. The room was great when we arrived but got warmer during our stay. The controls to reduce warmth was not operable."

"The optics/aesthetics of this resort were ON POINT and The staff was wonderful. A few issues did arise. A) my room had mold in the shower and mold collecting on the couch in my bungalow suite. B) the app for making reservations to eat (mind you, ALL 12 restaurants are reservation only or you can’t eat) was down, so we had the front desk assist us in booking a few dinner reservations. upon arrival for dinner, the host informed us we did not have a reservation, and denied us entry. This happened 2 separate occasions, both reservations booked by the front desk. How are guests supposed to eat if the app is down and the desk-made reservations do not work? Very displeased with that. C) at 7pm security kicked us out of the pool. kicked EVERYONE out of the pool. respectfully, if i’m doing ANY swimming at night, it will be in the pool and not in the ocean. I was shocked when they said everyone needed to exit the pool — Mind you, if i was at home in arizona in the summertime, the sun would still fully be up at 7pm. D) my friends suite door battery died— desk told them to wait at their suite and someone would come to change the battery. they sat outside their room for 2 hours at 6am waiting for someone to come. Overall, the resort is stunning and the staff are so fun and kind! however these issues will stop me from booking at Princess resorts in the future. "

"The rooms are a little dated, but you’re hardly in them. The staff was great and we had a blast! The food at the buffet is cold so that was disappointing. But overall it was a great trip!"

"It’s a beautiful resort. Has the best beach I’ve ever went to. Good food and pool is amazing. I took one star off because when I booked the airport transportation the night before, I was able to negotiate a price of $30 at the front desk. When we check out and the guy handing our transportation told us $40. I don’t care about the $10 diff but it’s the principle. I will not let that spoil our trip. Overall, it was a beautiful experience."

"Pool was great. Lack of waiters at poolside, lobby etc, buffets had limited food (a lot of seafood)…. We were to the majestic 10ish years ago and felt it was much greater service then than this time around. Our butler Elvis, checked in with us daily and was very attentive. "
