"Clean room, great comfortable bed. The room was ready for us on arrival yet we arrived early. Staff are so friendly, the hotel smells beautiful at reception and is very welcoming. We used the spa and pool on both days it was very clean and staff constantly checking out the communal areas and keeping them very tidy."

"Room was clean, not too far from the airport or city center. Don't trust the cab company they have at the front desk tho. Was overcharged and taken for a much longer ride than necessary while being lectured on politics by the driver. Stick to Uber instead! "

"Room clean , too hot even turned down thermostat down . Staff very helpful. Don’t understand why you don’t have semi skimmed milk in rooms . Must say outside noise was very intrusive & affected ability to sleep, as window appears not to shut properly. Needs looking into to 203 "

"Enjoyed the stay at the Moxy - absolutely ideal location if exhibiting at NEC. Good young staff, clean and tidy comfortable room (bathroom a little small). Good breakfast - plenty of choice - evening meal was a little disappointing"
