"The hotel itself was fine but the stair steps to get into the hotel were an issue. Then after you're into the hotel, there are additional steps to get to the lifts. They say there is a ramp on the side of the building to use but it is unclean and not a nice way to get into the hotel. Plus, then you would need to leave your bags to go down to the check in desk. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have steps just to get into the hotel with baggage should not be designing hotels.

"What a great find! We're welcomed upon check-in with a glass of prosecco and then a basket of treats and water when we arrived in our room. Spacious room, very clean, great staff, and we were able to walk most places or catch a bus if needed. We're busy with Fringe Festival so did not use restauran, bar or other amenities that were available simply because we were busy elsewhere. Definitely think this is a great find and would recommend highly!"

"We had such a lovely welcome from Zoe, she was really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed super comfy. Breakfast was really tasty and great selection.
