"Their breakfast is gas station level - and they ran out of bagels, cream cheese, and pastries 1 hour into breakfast so we didn’t get any. The rooms are not well stocked - had to knock on a neighbors door for a blow dryer. And we were ignored by receptionist for 7 minutes when trying to check in as she was on the phone taking a personal call."

"I was not aware that hotel was in the same property as gas station. It was a little confusing to find where to check in because I only saw a gas station store entrance. Turned out it was the same entrance but hotel reception was at the back of the store. One of the big reasons we booked this hotel out of other options was for the breakfast option and we were only told about self serve coffee at the reception office between 7am-10am which was disappointing. The room we had was spacious and bed...

"The stay overall was really great! everything was pretty clean except one of the top covers but we just took it off the bed and it was perfectly fine. the staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was nice and has bottles of hand wash/body wash, shampoo and conditioner already there for you which was so nice. the parking situation is not the best but for their prices it was really great!"

"El hotel está en remodelación, a la hora de hacer el check in nos dieron una habitación, cuando abrí la puerta estaba ocupada con gente adentro durmiendo, nos dimos un gran susto, después me asignaron otra habitación pero las camas están muy incómodas, en el baño solo un pequeño jabón , sin shampoo. Definitivamente una muy mala elección No lo podría recomendar ($3,300 pesos la noche). Bastante caro y malo"
