"The hotel lobby and room were both very clean and modern. It looks like the property is either recently-renovated or recently-built. I didn’t really look at the pictures before booking, as my only goal was low-ish cost near the airport for an early flight the next morning. I expected budget quality because, frankly, it’s a lower-cost Holiday Inn in Chelsea near the airport, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The water pressure in the shower was low, but that’s par for the course these days."

"The best things going for this property are the proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle. There was only one elevator working so wait times were long for that. The room was alright but definitely in need up updating, although the beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new. We appreciated the friendly front desk associates and the shuttle driver was a safe and efficient operator, we were at the airport without delay. "Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great."
