"Room was clean, check in was quick and easy. The area is sketchy; there were people roaming around the parking lot. There is not a coffee maker in the room. The bed was comfortable

"Absolutely horrid!! Wouldn’t stay for free. Non smoking room reeked of smoke; broken toilet seat; feces on bathroom door; paper thin walls, just nasty, asked for a different room was denied and asked for refund so we could leave and was denied. Sent complaint to corporate."
