"The restaurant is under construction and we weren’t notified prior to booking.
There was a race scheduled for Sunday morning and it make valet check out impossible, the hotel staff (Sashon) didn’t notify us during check in. And Sunday he was very condescending and rude during the checkout. When asked why weren’t directly informed about the race inconveniences, He pointed to two signs he had posted at the end of the checkout counter and he never mentioned the signs during check in.
