"I stayed in the scooter/industrial room. Nice room, clean, good shower, decent bed, tv (can access netflix and youtube), fridge and safe. Communal area has good coffee machine, fruit, biscuits. Hotel was close to the SM train station (easy walk) and a short walk to main tourist area/attractions. I think the tram from the airport passes the hotel and there's a stop nearby . Owner made herself available for an early check-in. Only (minor) downside is that my room faced outside onto the road so...

She immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, and gave us a map with all the best locations to visit in Florence. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
