"Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise. Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to...

"Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

"Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey. "DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend."
