"I don’t usually give reviews. But, after Amir charged me for a room that wasn’t even mine. Even after I explained 3 times that the person with the same last name was my sister. He still gave me a wrong room. Then I came to front desk to get send to the right room with lake view. They told me I didn’t reserved lake view. I had to show proof. I understand mistakes happens. "It was our anniversary we had a nice room small but nice. They didn't have no toothpaste make sure you bring your own im glad we brung ours 😆 . We had a balcony but no chairs for the balcony. It was raining but it was nice. We will come back this summer. T here are a lot of restaurants and shopping around target Kohls Dave and buster you can walk around even have a playground for the kids."

"The person who we checked in with at night was who I am guessing is, the manager. I don't remember his name, but he was so very nice and welcoming! Our room was pretty spacious; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the am was very tasty. "The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also on the plus side, the pool is larger than comparably priced hotels. But for a Hilton, overall management was not attentive. "When we arrived we discovered that their key card system did not work. We had to get someone from the front desk to let us in. Often times there was no one at the front desk and we had a wait. Also the water did not get hot, it only got lukewarm. We complained and they sent a maintenance man who checked it and said they lower the temperature during summer months. This was May and cold and rainy. Will not stay here again."

"The hotel was very dated and the room was not very clean. We found a roach immediately when we walked into the room. The sheets didn’t look clean. We arrived at night, and the parking lot was very dark. We were supposed to stay for four nights; however, we decided to leave the following morning. The hostess was very friendly and understanding when we checked out after only one night."

"Clean room and facilities. Fridge in room wasn't working, they changed it quickly. Would be nice to have a free coffee station available in lobby. Some lower end hotels have this. Still not crazy about the $20 per night parking. Neighborhood is walkable."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and courteous and very helpful when needed. It’s true that the Wi-Fi didn’t work on the guest computer, but that’s OK. in general, I would definitely consider visiting again and recommend others."
